The Development Engineer Opportunity: Our client is seeking an engineering all-rounder, someone practical, curious, and eager to get stuck in. This role suits a hands-on engineer who enjoys bridging the gap between design and the workshop and who thrives in a collaborative team.
You will work closely with a small, multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing team, developing deep expertise in workshop processes and key equipment while supporting the delivery of innovative engineering solutions.
Development Engineer - key responsibilities:- Mechanical Design - Supporting the development and refinement of mechanical designs with a strong focus on manufacturability.
- Manufacturing Support - Assisting the workshop with first-off builds, implementation activities, and hands-on problem solving.
- Testing & Validation - Supporting testing activities, validating designs, and assisting with the operation of specialist equipment.
