Sales Office Administrator 📍 Brackley, Northamptonshire | 💷 £28,000 per annum (DOE) Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Sales Office Administrator to oversee and manage the internal sales administration process. This is a key role within the business, ensuring that all sales-related administration is efficiently handled from order placement to final delivery. Key Responsibilities within the Sales Office Administrator Role: 📑 Processing Sales Orders and Order Acknowledgements using Microsoft Business Central ERP. ⚙️ Managing order launches into production and keeping customers informed of delivery schedules. 📞 Providing office-based customer support, responding to sales enquiries, and assisting the sales team and distributors. 💼 Preparing invoices and credit notes while liaising with the finance team. 📦 Handling supplier procurement portals for order and shipment management. 🌍 Creating and processing export documentation (Letters of Credit, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading, etc.). 🛒 Raising purchase orders for freight, travel, and related services. 🚚 Booking transport and arranging UK and international site deliveries. 🔧 Collaborating with the project team to gather technical information for factory orders and project schedules. 📅 Coordinating with the Operations Manager for installation planning.
