Key responsibilities for the Garment Embroidery & Machine Operator role: Operate embroidery machines to apply high-quality logos and designs onto garments. Maintain machines and monitor production quality, ensuring products meet our exacting standards. Check stock, apply embroidered logos or heat-applied transfers, and package items for dispatch. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth production flow. Maintain high standards, even under tight deadlines, without compromising quality. What were looking for in a Garment Embroidery & Machine Operator: Previous experience with embroidery or similar machinery is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided. Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. And in return for working as a Garment Embroidery & Machine Operator: Competitive Pay: Starting at £11.45 – £12.50 per hour (DOE), with potential for a quarterly and yearly bonus.
