About the Opportunity
JM&Co. is supporting our client, a specialist in premium event branding, in their search for a Customer Development Executive. This organisation creates high-impact visual environments for major sporting events, delivering everything from large-scale signage to bespoke installations and full venue branding experiences. Their work features prominently at some of the most recognised sporting festivals and calendar events.

The Customer Development Executive job role:
- Business Development (approx. 50%)
- Prospecting and engaging new business opportunities within event branding, venues and corporate sponsorship.
- Supporting the wider growth strategy by identifying opportunities and nurturing long-term pipeline relationships.
- Managing day-to-day client activity, preparing proposals and coordinating production updates.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring timely organisation of samples and materials.
- Providing a reliable link between clients, suppliers and internal departments to keep projects running smoothly.
- Attending venues, trade shows and industry events as a brand representative.
- Building rapport, strengthening partnerships and supporting client presentations.
- Experience in event branding, trade shows, signage or a closely related environment would be advantageous.
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing rapport and relationship-building ability.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and CRM proficiency.
- Comfortable balancing proactive business development with structured administrative support.
