Are you highly organised, confident with customers and comfortable keeping lots of moving parts on track? Our client is a successful, design-led manufacturing business based in Brackley, supplying high-quality products to customers across the UK and international markets. With continued growth and a strong reputation for quality, innovation and design, they are now looking to appoint a Sales Coordinator to support their busy commercial and operations teams. This is a varied coordination role, acting as the link between customers, distributors, logistics providers, production and internal project teams. You’ll help ensure orders, projects and deliveries run smoothly from enquiry through to completion.

As Sales Coordinator, you’ll be involved in:

  • Processing and coordinating customer orders
  • Acting as a key point of contact for UK and international customers
  • Liaising with internal production, logistics, project and commercial teams
  • Keeping customers updated on order progress, production schedules and delivery timelines
  • Organising UK and international freight movements
  • Preparing export and shipping documentation where required
  • Supporting invoicing, credit notes and general commercial administration
  • Maintaining accurate customer, order and project records
  • Helping to ensure projects and orders are delivered smoothly and on time

The ideal candidate will have experience within a coordination, administration, sales support, logistics, export or customer service role. You’ll also bring:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A professional and customer-focused approach
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • ERP system experience would be advantageous
  • German and/or French language skills would be a strong advantage, although this is not essential
