An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Technology Partner to join an expanding national practice in Bristol. This role offers the chance to work with an impressive range of clients and contribute to the growth of a dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be a highly competent and ambitious Partner, with a strong track record in building and sustaining a legal technology practice. The role involves leading and growing the existing team in the Bristol office, providing an excellent foundation for a self-starter to capitalize on one of the fastest-growing technology clusters in the UK. The firm’s Technology team represents a broad client base, from FTSE 100 institutions to disruptive tech start-ups, both regionally and nationally. As part of the team, the new Partner will bring technical excellence, leadership, and a passion for team development.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and grow the existing technology team in Bristol, working alongside the firm’s national team and US colleagues on international projects.
- Build and sustain a robust client base while generating new business and managing existing relationships.
- Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the national Technology team, with a focus on innovation and developing processes that drive efficiency.
