You would be joining a highly ranked team in the Solent, working on corporate occupier mandates, real estate finance and corporate support work, with cross-office collaboration on national transactions.
The Work You will advise corporate occupier clients on the expansion, disposal and management of their property portfolios, assist on real estate finance transactions, and provide corporate support on deals where property is a key component.
You will handle acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations, portfolio restructuring, and property finance mandates for high-profile national clients.
