This prestigious, award-winning Southampton law firm boasts over 50 years of success and is celebrated for its exceptional staff retention, industry-leading training, and genuine career progression opportunities. They are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) to join their team.
The firm is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and is top tier across many areas. They are a dynamic, forward-thinking and commercially focused practice that is completely multiservice. Over the years they have attracted many lawyers out of London, who are seeking more in the way of work-life balance, but still want to deal with quality work. The firm deals with an affluent and wealthy client base of individuals, and on the business side, the client base is broad, often making for a much more interesting caseload. They have grown year on year and are currently very busy; this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property Litigation, and some experience with Insolvency matters. The team is experienced throughout landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes and land rights. You will be undertaking a caseload consisting of MNW/HNW work, giving you fantastic caseload exposure within one of the region's most reputable firms. You will be joining a Legal 500 ranked firm/department pushing the reputation of the practice to its full potential.
Requirements:
- You will have experience in handling your own property litigation caseloads.
- You will be between 2+ years PQE, with exposure in these matters.
- You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast-moving and professional environment.
Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
