You'll join a respected Property Litigation team handling a broad range of commercial disputes, advising an established client base of businesses, landowners, developers and commercial landlords.
Matters include commercial lease disputes, forfeiture, rent recovery, dilapidations, business lease renewals, easements, rights of way, boundary and ownership disputes, landlord and tenant issues, and wider real estate litigation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years' PQE who enjoys high-quality work but is looking for a firm where you'll be recognised as an individual rather than just another number.
Business development is encouraged, but you'll be supported by an established network and collaborative partners who are invested in helping you grow your practice.
