  • Advise on tax principles for various trust types, including income tax, capital gains tax and IHT.
  • Manage trust portfolios, including tax returns, annual accounts, trustee reporting, and tax payments.
  • Use HMRC's Trust Registration Service and online tax programs to maintain trust details and ensure compliance with FATCA, CRS, and LEI requirements.
  • Provide tax guidance during estate administration, covering income, CGT, and chargeable event gains, with reporting via informal settlements or self-assessment returns.
  • Support the preparation of Wills, lifetime IHT planning, and administration of estates, including intestacy cases.
