The firm has a young and dynamic feel with most of the firm\’s Partners being under 40. They think outside of the box and have a genuinely refreshing approach to marketing, and from this, they have had considerable success over the past few years.

The Role:

This heavyweight is seeking to hire a Property Litigation Associate for their City office.

You will join a friendly, supportive and professional team. The Property Litigation department has seen an increased workflow in recent months and under good leadership are looking to further expand the department.

The caseload will be broad but include; Professional negligence, Dilapidation claims, Contract disputes, Arbitration, Mediation, Landlord and tenant disputes, Break notices, Termination of leases and Possession.
With the firm\’s growth plans there is a real opportunity to progress , with the opportunity to work with leading specialist Partners in a varied role and high-quality caseload.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with 2+ PQE
  • You will have a strong technical knowledge and a desire to progress
  • Salary is very competitive depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package on offer
