You will be working in a fast-paced Glasgow office environment alongside some of the most experienced legal professionals in the country. The ideal candidate will show a passion for private client work and show a real ambition to succeed.
Your duties will include:
- Guiding clients through estate planning regarding IHT and CGT, including looking at business property and agricultural property relief.
- Proficient in dealing with wills, executries, POAs, trusts and adults with incapacity matters, ensuring these suit the individual client needs.
- Strong attention to detail while working under pressure.
- Having a collaborative approach to working with clients and colleagues across the industry.
- Working on complex trust matters, including formation, execution, management and tax consideration.
Candidates should hold, or be willing to attain, their STEP Diploma, as well as be commercially minded and have a client-oriented approach.
