This Top Tier Legal 500 ranked outfit seeks a Court of Protection Solicitor 1+ PQE to join a highly-established department located in South-East London.
The Firm
Based in South-East London, this firm is well-established with an excellent heritage and has the clientele to match. They have ambitious growth planned over the next 18 months, making now an exciting time to join an already thriving organisation. Culturally, this practice has a history of developing legal talents from NQs to "homegrown" Partners.
The Role
This is a unique role where the department represents protected parties and family members in complex health and welfare proceedings before the Court of Protection and the High Court. They assist in making decisions about their clients' health and welfare, including Mental Capacity, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Judicial Reviews, LPAs, carer's rights, and issues relating to the Care Act 2014. The team comprises the Managing Partner, two solicitors and some support staff. There is currently a large amount of work in house, so they are looking for someone who can work with minimal supervision to a high level of quality and be keen to progress your career within the team.
Requirements & Salary
