A respected and award-winning family team is looking to appoint an ambitious Family Legal Director to its Sevenoaks office. This is more than a fee-earning position. You'll have the opportunity to develop your own practice, support the wider team and play a visible role in the firm's continued success.
The Role
- You'll handle a high-quality caseload across private family law, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial proceedings and complex financial settlements
- Private children matters
- Emergency injunctions
- Pre and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation disputes and Schedule 1 applications
Alongside your own work, you'll have genuine leadership responsibility, supervising and developing junior lawyers and support staff, contributing to training and helping improve how the department operates. Business development will also be an important part of the role. You'll be encouraged to build your profile, develop client relationships and represent the firm at networking and industry events.
About You
- You'll be a Senior Family Solicitor / Legal Director with a strong background in private family law, ideally trained within a well-regarded family department. You'll bring:
