The Role: Seeking a Senior Residential Development Solicitor to join one of the UK's leading Residential teams. You will work with housebuilders, land promoters, PRS investors, affordable housing providers, and developers on flagship residential and mixed-use schemes. You will advise on development matters such as sale contracts, option agreements, development funding, forward commitments, and collaboration arrangements, overseeing complex transactions.
