Due to increased workflow, they are now seeking to hire a Senior Conveyancer who is fluent in Russian to join their highly regarded team. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while working on high-quality transactions.

The Residential Property team handles a diverse range of high-value transactions. The successful candidate will manage a caseload that includes:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and secured lending
- New build/plot sales and development transactions
- High-value property transactions for HNW and international clients
You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while also collaborating with senior members on complex transactions, ensuring continued professional development.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of PQE in Residential Conveyancing
- Fluent Russian speaker (essential)
- Strong experience handling high-value and complex property transactions
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is desirable
- A commercial mindset with a focus on efficiency and client service
