The Role:
This Property Litigation Senior Associate role will be based in their flourishing and very impressive West End office.
The Managing Partner wants to give this individual a platform to work towards Partnership . They have recently just secured a number of contracts that will be over a 3-year period, meaning work can be handed across from the start.
You will be at the forefront of this department, dealing with both Commercial Property and HNW Residential Property Litigation. The client base will be varied, making for a much more interesting role.
The caseload will be broad but include real estate disputes, disputes arising out of development contracts, advising on commercial landlord and tenant disputes, professional negligence claims and residential landlord and tenant possession actions.
