Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge with a forward-thinking law firm?

Based in Bishops Stortford, this role offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly regarded team in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You\’ll be a key player in shaping the department\’s future, working on challenging cases and mentoring junior lawyers.

The Role

As a senior member of the team, you will:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of commercial and residential property disputes.
  • Advise clients on landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, boundary disputes, rights of way, adverse possession claims, and restrictive covenants.
  • Deliver clear, strategic legal advice tailored to clients\’ needs.
  • Contribute to business development and help grow the firm\’s presence in property litigation.
  • Support and mentor junior solicitors, fostering a culture of professional development.

    • Who We\’re Looking For:

  • A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years\’ PQE in property litigation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on high-value cases.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for leadership and mentoring.
