Residential & Commercial Property/Conveyancing has become one of the most prominent departments at this firm and caters to new and established clients of the firm.
This firm is established in all departments; however, the Property departments are unquestionably exciting at this moment. The practice is growing and uses the most modern case management software/systems as the firm is always looking for ways to evolve and maintain their 21st Century approach to matters.
The Residential & Commercial Property department deals with an excellent quality of work , including but not limited to freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, secured lending, landlord and tenant, property funding, lease extensions and more.
