The Role
Reporting directly to the Legal and Insurance Director, you will provide expert advice on a broad spectrum of commercial and operational legal issues. From drafting and negotiating complex contracts to advising on compliance, risk, and strategic business projects, you will be a trusted advisor to the business.
The role is ideal for a commercial lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You will work on matters involving high-value commercial transactions, regulatory compliance (including data privacy and anti-bribery), and support pre-litigation strategy where necessary.
