The Role
This top-ranking Court of Protection team have developed a specialist niche dealing with SEN & Community Care law. They are looking to recruit in line with their plans across educational needs support as a result of catastrophic personal injury, brain injury and clinical negligence.
This department focus largely on the financial management involved in welfare, funding SEN related issues and capacity in its entirety. This represents a fantastic opportunity for a Court of Protection specialist to deal a highly complex caseload. In this role you will be dealing with local authorities on a range of court of protection / SEN related issues.
