A well-established and highly regarded law firm is currently seeking a Senior Associate or Salaried Partner to join its growing Corporate team in their Bournemouth office .
The Firm
The firm is known for delivering high-quality legal services across a broad range of sectors, with a focus on complex corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, refinancing, debt and equity fundraisings, management buyouts, business sales, and commercial agreements.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Corporate team , handling a varied and high-calibre caseload. This will include advising on M&A, refinancing, international distribution agreements, and technology development agreements.
