The Corporate Commercial department deals with a varied and broad client base across a wide range of industry sectors. The department has recently acted on some interesting transactions that have gotten industry press attention. You will act for national and international entrepreneurs, directors, and members as well as limited companies, LLPs, PLCs, and multinational corporations. The caseload will include but not be limited to; M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts, fundraising, investment, shareholder agreements, and licensing agreements. The team is busy and due to an influx of new work, they are seeking to hire a new Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor. You will join a busy, professional, and reputable team that is going from strength to strength. You will find there are good prospects for progression attached to the role, which can include a route to partnership for the right candidate.

You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience). You will have had good experience dealing with a broad palette of Corporate Commercial work. You should have first-class communication skills. Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background.
