The Role
Upon joining this team, you will be working in one of the most experienced and prestigious Commercial Technology teams in the UK. You will have the opportunity to be part of significant and complex projects for some of the most recognised businesses in the UK, including large public bodies and private investors. The projects will vary in size, but never in importance, allowing you to have a changing and fulfilling position. Additionally, you will also gain exposure to a range of top-tier clients in the UK and internationally, ensuring you are consistently enhancing your skill set and legal understanding.
You will be tasked with:
- Working as part of a team to provide relevant information for the firm's ever-growing network of high-profile clients.
- Writing up templates and agreements for the specific areas of the firm's offerings, solutions and client-facing products.
- Drawing up risk management plans that will correlate to client agreements concerning complex Practice Groups and/or Advanced Delivery Team-led deals.
- Ensuring you provide commercial contract support to other teams who do not require consistent support, but these will still be related to the firm's overall professional solutions and services.
- Being able to lead commercial legal support across a diverse range of projects.
