The Role
This leading law firm in London is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Construction team, a key part of the firm’s wider practice. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction law. You will be managing a varied and challenging caseload that includes drafting and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, development agreements, and more. You will also have the opportunity to assist in business development, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the team’s growth. This is an ideal role for a Senior Associate with a proven track record in construction law. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious construction matters
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts, professional appointments, development agreements, and related documents
- Provide advice and guidance in relation to adjudication, arbitration, mediation, and litigation
