The firm seeks an experienced and driven Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE to join its Chelmsford office. The Real Estate department handles high-value and complex matters typically associated with top London firms. You will manage a diverse caseload, including landlord and tenant issues, licenses to assign, commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, and development work, while collaborating with the wider team on larger and more complex matters.
