The Role
In this role, you will work alongside leading commercial disputes lawyers with a focus on public procurement, gaining invaluable experience in a highly specialised field. You will handle a varied and diverse caseload, offering strategic advice to a broad range of clients—from private companies to public sector organisations—at every stage of the dispute resolution process. Your responsibilities will include advising clients during the early stages of potential disputes, helping them navigate complex regulatory and contractual issues, and representing them in dispute resolution proceedings. These may range from litigation in the High Court and arbitration to mediation, tribunals, and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms. This role provides an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in a dynamic area of law while collaborating with some of the most respected professionals in the field.

- Commercial Litigation Solicitor 5+ PQE with experience in procurement disputes.
