This thriving, award-winning, Legal 500 & Chambers ranked firm seeks a Property Finance Associate with 2+ PQE to join its office in the heart of London\’s West-End.
The Firm:
This firm has one of the most well-respected names for quality Property work across London. They are a multi-service practice, with Real Estate flavour throughout all the other departments.
The firm punches well above their weight and their main competitors are impressively some Top Legal 500 firms, they deal on par with some of the country\’s most well-known law firms. They are ranked highly in the Legal 500, and in the last five years they have nearly doubled in size, this is due to a dynamic team, some strategic key hires, and an influx of work.
They have attracted many Lawyers out of Central London, looking for a more collegiate, friendly culture where staff can make more of an impact and feel valued. The Role:
The firm is seeking a Property Finance Lawyer 2+ for their West-End office.
This role will be based in their flourishing and very impressive West End, London office. They have grown substantially in recent years, making now is an exciting time to join.
The secured lending department deals with an exceptional quality of work acting for a wide range of lenders and other financial institutions. You will deal with all aspects of Commercial Property, advising HNW investors and corporate clients in connection with commercial property investment, commercial acquisitions (including development) and sales and commercial lease work.
You will deal with individuals and corporations with large property portfolios.
