A respected regional firm in Bromley is seeking an RTA and Credit Hire Solicitor to join its growing personal injury/litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of litigated and pre‑litigated claims within a supportive, forward‑thinking environment that values work‑life balance and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of RTA and Credit Hire matters (fast‑track and multi‑track)
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents
- Negotiate settlements and provide clear, commercially focused advice
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the development of the department
Qualifications
- Qualified Personal Injury/RTA Solicitor (England and Wales) with at least 2 years PQE
- Strong background in RTA and/or Credit Hire litigation
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
