The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a successful team in Dereham, Norfolk .

You will deal with a broad range of work which will include; Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and voluntary registrations. The firm have a strong support network of legal assistants and paralegals on-hand to assist with administrative detail.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with 1+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE, applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates)
  • Experience in managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is an advantage but is not essential
  • You should have first-class communication skills and be able to build client relationships
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE
