About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor (1-5 PQE) or CILEX to join a growing, highly regarded property team based in Newton Abbott. In this role, you will handle a broad range of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Mortgages and remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Equity release
  • Help to buy schemes
