This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer (3+ years fee-earning experience or CILEX-qualified) to join a well-regarded Residential Property team in Bristol. The role involves managing an existing caseload that includes a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, such as freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, help-to-buy schemes, lease extensions, and residential lettings for landlords and tenants.
The firm is looking for a candidate who can 'hit the ground running' and seamlessly integrate into the team, managing a diverse and high-quality caseload while building upon an already established client base. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent service and contributing to the continued success and growth of the team.

The Ideal Candidate:
