This leading department is seeking its next Residential Property Senior Associate to join one of the most well-sourced teams in the country and work on complex Residential Property matters with top-tier clientele.
Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded, L500-ranked firm as a Senior Associate in their busy Residential Property team. You will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including purchases, sales, new builds, re-mortgages and title transfers, while also advising developers on land and building acquisitions on occasion.
You\’ll manage a varied portfolio working closely with solicitors, lenders and third parties to drive successful outcomes.
The role also provides opportunities to collaborate across departments, identifying areas for cross-referrals and supporting wider business growth.
As a senior team member, you\’ll also play a key part in mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the development of the team and the firm\’s presence in Edinburgh and beyond.
