The Role
You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, supporting a broad local client base ranging from first‑time buyers to repeat movers and investors. Work will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Advising clients clearly and practically throughout the transaction process
- Managing files from instruction through to completion
- Working closely with colleagues across other offices and departments to support cross‑referred work
The team operates with structured processes in place, allowing you to focus on progressing matters efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client care.
About You
This role will suit a residential conveyancer who enjoys client interaction and being part of a stable regional team.
