The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor or CILEX (7+ years PQE) to join a highly respected Residential Property team in Bristol. In this senior position, you will sit between the Partners and junior team members, taking on complex and high-value work while supporting the development of less experienced colleagues.
You will manage a broad range of intricate and high-value cases, including freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, help-to-buy schemes, lease extensions, and residential lettings for landlords and tenants. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring junior team members, providing guidance on complex matters and supporting their professional growth.
