The role
The firm are seeking to hire a new Residential Property Partner to join the firms growing West End office. You will also be the Head of Department.
- The firm are well-known nationally for their strong expertise in Real Estate. You will assume the role of Head of Residential conveyancing of the firms West End office. The West End office deals with high-value and HNW work. You will work with the other Residential Property Partner at the firms North London office.
- You’ll work with the wider partnership to help grow the West End conveyancing department. The conveyancing work out of this office is high quality, high in value and has an element of prestige.
- You will be tasked with growing the conveyancing department in the West End office.
- The caseload will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
About You:
- You’ll have 7+ years PQE with solid experience in conveyancing at a highly regarded national or regional law firm.
- Strong technical skills, excellent commercial awareness, and a proven ability to work under pressure on complex cases.
- You’re a team player with the ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
- The role is suited to someone who enjoys a hands-on, dynamic environment, with a long-term vision of growing within an established team.
