The role
The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Partner to join their growing office based in the heart of the West End of London.
Despite the firm having a media sector focus, they have a strong Real Estate department which is recognised by both the L500 and Chambers guides.
You will work as part of a busy and growing conveyancing team. You will work on high value matters for the firm’s prestigious client base. You will also work with investors and oversees HNW individuals. The work that the department deals with is high-quality, they have relationships with many of London’s top estate agents.
The Role
As a key figure in the department, you will:
- Lead and expand the residential property team, working alongside highly experienced conveyancers. You will oversee and assist with mentoring some of the more junior lawyers in the team
- You will take an active role in the departments business development endeavours
- You will handle a broad caseload which will include; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
