An established Legal 500 law firm in Farnborough is seeking an experienced Residential Property Litigator to join its Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of residential property disputes, working alongside senior lawyers and trainees.

About the Role:
A highly regarded, Legal 500 law firm based in Farnborough is seeking an experienced Residential Property Litigator to join its Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of contentious residential property matters, overseeing cases from initial instruction to resolution. They will work alongside a supportive team of senior lawyers and trainee solicitors, with plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Advising on landlord & tenant disputes, possession & eviction proceedings, and breach of lease issues.
  • Managing boundary, adverse possession, and land ownership disputes.
  • Engaging in ADR (mediation, arbitration, negotiations) and representing clients in court.
  • Drafting pleadings, preparing cases for trial, and ensuring compliance with landlord-tenant regulations.
  • The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing practical, commercially focused advice and adopting a solutions-driven approach to dispute resolution.

  • Has over 2+ years PQE in property litigation or dispute resolution.
