The role
The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor into their vibrant Manchester City Centre office.
The Property department has an excellent reputation; you will find that the department is friendly, professional and dynamic. The department has grown significantly in recent years due to increased workflow.
You will find that there are very strong referral sources, you will deal with a high-quality of work, this will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold, Re-mortgages, Lease extensions and some other matters. The firm believes in people dealing with manageable caseloads and charging well for the work they do.
Your client base will be heavily focussed on HNW individuals, including executive members of SME\’s, owners, occupiers and investors.
