The Opportunity

They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) with proven experience in Residential Development to join their Legal 500-recognised team based in Sevenoaks, Kent. You'll be advising an impressive and varied client base, from local developers to national housebuilders, housing associations, landowners, promoters, and local authorities. Projects range from small-scale sites to major developments of up to 4,000 homes, many of which span several years, offering a unique opportunity to form long-term client relationships and see the full lifecycle of your work.
