About You
- A Real Estate Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE
- Experience in residential development work (e.g. site acquisitions, disposals, and strategic land matters)
- Ideally trained or working in a Legal 500-ranked commercial property team
- Commercially astute, proactive, and confident in dealing with clients directly
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
