With 8+ years PQE, an ambitious Senior Associate will have in-depth legal knowledge of Residential Conveyancing to bring to a progressive and outstanding Residential Property team. This role will be hands-on with consistent client communication and meetings, ensuring you continue to build long-lasting relationships. It is key that you can showcase a high-level personable service.
At the firm, you will be responsible for carrying out these tasks:
- Dealing with mortgages, purchasing and selling of Scottish property.
- Manage a busy caseload while keeping in consistent contact with high-profile clients.
- Ensuring you are maintaining good financial management in correspondence with targets set out by Partners.
- Always having current and relevant knowledge of the market.
- Be present at business development team meetings and provide new, innovative ideas.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues on certain projects to produce high-quality and efficient work.
- Communicating with the client at every stage of the process, making sure their needs are met.
- Being able to motivate yourself and work independently, as well as within a team.
- Aiding partners with the strategic management of the department.
