A highly regarded Legal 500 listed niche law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. The firm specializes in residential property transactions, providing services to clients across England and Wales, with a strong focus on London and the South East.
The role involves managing residential property conveyancing cases from post-quotation through to post-completion. The successful candidate will handle a variety of cases, including shared ownership, straight transactions, buying, selling, and remortgaging. The work will include a significant number of leaseholds and new-build properties, many of which are based in London.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage residential property transactions from start to finish.
- Handle shared ownership and straight transactions, including buying, selling, and remortgaging.
- Provide excellent client service while working efficiently within a team of 7.
- Respond promptly to emails and maintain high levels of accuracy throughout the process.
- Solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or CILEX legal executive qualification (CILEX preferable but not essential).
- Proven experience in residential property conveyancing, handling transactions from start to finish.
- Excellent email communication skills - quick and responsive.
- Meticulous, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- A minimum of good A-levels (BBB).
City Centre office location with excellent transport links. Collaborative and supportive team environment.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
