The Role
This firm are seeking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer 5+ years experience to join their reputable property department
The residential department in this firm is the largest team throughout the practice. Their clients span both the North-West and London giving you exposure to a mixture of clients varying in MNW/HNW. The department has excellent relationships with estate agents all of the UK. The team deal with the following: –
- Sales and purchases
- Remortgaging
- Transfer of equity
- Lease extensions and freehold purchases
The team is well supported by the administration team who are well versed across all matters conveyancing. For any fee-earner coming into the team, you will have a experienced team surrounding and supporting you.
Requirements
- You will have 5 years\’ experience running your own caseload and files
- You will have worked on a broad range of conveyancing matters
- You will work well within a team
