Now, in line with continued growth and increasing levels of instruction, the firm is looking to expand its Real Estate team further as they strengthen their position in the property market.

The Role
As part of their respected Real Estate team, you will take on a varied caseload, including:
- Acquisitions & Disposals
- Commercial Lease matters
- Corporate Support / Occupier work
- Real Estate Finance
- Landlord & Tenant
The team benefits from a consistent flow of quality instructions, underpinned by strong panel relationships and corporate clients. You will be working closely alongside partners of firm working 1-2-1 with leaders in the real estate space.
Requirements
- 3+ years\’ PQE in Real Estate space
- Proven ability to manage matters with minimal supervision
- Strong client relationship skills and commercial awareness
- A proactive and collaborative approach
