This is a standout opportunity for a lawyer with strong technical ability and a client-focused approach to take on high-value work for a first-rate client base.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to work on some of the most exciting and complex commercial property matters in the region, spanning transactional investment, financing, asset management, and, at times, development projects. You\’ll be part of a national team known for its strength across logistics, student accommodation, regeneration, commercial and residential development, and energy sectors.

Clients and Work

You\’ll work with a broad spectrum of high-profile institutional clients, including FTSE-listed companies, developers, investors, and corporates. Many of these relationships are long-standing and cross-practice, giving you early and sustained exposure to both national and international mandates.

The Team

  • A background from a well-regarded national, City, or large regional firm
  • A commitment to building strong client relationships and contributing to ongoing team development
  • The ability to manage complex transactions and lead on matters with confidence and independence

Career Development

You\’ll benefit from a structured career progression programme tailored to individual growth, with clear benchmarks, regular feedback, and meaningful support. Progression is based on performance and potential, not just time served.

Why Apply?

  • A strong and supportive team culture
  • Competitive salary and generous benefits package
  • Opportunities for hybrid working and long-term career growth
