- Being the main point of contact for several lenders and ensuring you can deliver relevant knowledge on all aspects of real estate finance transactions.
- Working closely on dealing with all sorts of negotiation, due diligence, drafting and seeing matters through to completion.
- Handling post-completion procedures, such as registering with the Land Register of Scotland and Companies House.
- Ensuring all clients receive a high-quality service and relevant market advice.
