The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Top 50 Real Estate Disputes Powerhouse based from their growing Manchester City Centre office.
You will work with an enviable client base that includes household names across hospitality, retail, telecoms, technology, and the public sector, advising on complex, high-value disputes.
The work is engaging and varied, covering lease renewals, break options, restrictive covenants, dilapidations, boundary and rights of way disputes, nuisance and trespass claims, possession actions, and insolvency-related issues.
Requirements
- You will be a qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE and experience across a broad range of commercial property disputes.
