Having formed less than 10 years ago, this firm are considered Manchester’s leading legal disrupter. With L500 accolades across many practice areas coupled with recruiting Partners from top 10 International firms, they are now looking to take the next step on their growth journey with the addition of a Real Estate Finance Partner

The Firm

This firm specialise over a broad array of legal services focussing on big ticket business clients across Corporate Law, Employment Law, Commercial Disputes, Construction and more whilst boasting a strong team who handle HNW / UHNW individuals work spanning Property, Private Client and Family. For lawyers looking to join a fully serviced practice which encourages cross referral work, collaboration and team work, this is an excellent choice.

The Role

This role comes with good prospects for progression, in line with the department growth, this includes partnership for the right individual.

The Property Finance department deals with an excellent quality of work, you will work closely with the firms highly ranked Real Estate department. Work will include; Advising lenders, borrowers, developers and intermediaries, covering every aspect of real estate finance and corporate lending.
