You will advise leading developers, investors and public bodies on high-value transactions spanning Scotland and the wider UK market, gaining exposure to truly market-leading work alongside some of the sector\βs most respected lawyers. The Work
- Advise developers, investors, funders and public bodies on major energy and infrastructure projects
- Act on the property aspects of project development, financing, acquisitions and disposals
- Work across a broad range of sectors including offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, battery storage, hydrogen, transmission infrastructure, interconnectors and EV projects
- Draft and negotiate complex real estate documentation for nationally significant developments
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across planning, corporate, finance and construction teams
- Manage a varied caseload spanning high-value UK-wide transactions
- Build and develop strong client relationships with FTSE 100 companies, household-name brands, SMEs and public sector bodies
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Real Estate Energy practice
Your Experience
- 4-8 years\β PQE in Real Estate, with experience in energy and infrastructure projects
- Qualified in England & Wales or dual-qualified in both Scotland & England/Wales
- Strong technical ability with a commercial, solutions-focused mindset
- Genuine interest in the energy and infrastructure sector
- Confident in managing complex matters and engaging directly with clients
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working in a high-performing environment
