As a Real Estate Associate, you’ll play a key role in one of the firm’s fastest-growing teams. The Health Real Estate division offers a rich mix of challenging and rewarding work, with direct client contact and responsibility from day one.

You’ll advise on a broad scope of property matters for clients in the public and independent healthcare sectors. This includes:

  • Lease negotiations and landlord/tenant matters
  • Title investigations and reporting
  • Supporting academy conversions through conveyancing work
  • Drafting Deeds of Easement, Licences, Tenancy at Will
  • Collaborating with the wider commercial team on innovative NHS contracting projects

You’ll also benefit from hands-on mentoring, access to senior leaders, and the chance to travel for client work and team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • UK-qualified Real Estate Solicitor (1+ PQE)
  • Strong commercial acumen and client-facing confidence
  • Experience with health sector clients is a bonus, but not essential
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset and a desire to grow within a leading firm
